A high-performance Facebook Ads campaign combining dynamic catalog ads and UGC video creatives — engineered to achieve a record-breaking 3,071% ROAS for a furniture retailer.
The client — a furniture store with a strong product catalogue — was running basic Facebook Ads with generic creative and flat targeting. Despite a reasonable budget, their return on ad spend was poor and their cost per purchase was unsustainably high.
The core problem was a mismatch between creative strategy and audience intent. Static image ads were not showcasing the furniture in a way that stopped the scroll, and the catalogue was not being leveraged as a dynamic performance asset. They needed a complete rebuild — strategy, creative, and targeting — from the ground up.
We restructured the entire Facebook Ads account around two core creative formats: dynamic catalogue ads that automatically serve the most relevant products to the most relevant users, and UGC-style video ads that build trust and create emotional connection with the product in a real home environment.
The campaign was built with a full-funnel structure — cold audiences for awareness and discovery, warm retargeting for engaged users, and hot custom audiences for cart abandoners and past purchasers. Each stage had its own creative, bid strategy, and optimisation signal.
The combination of dynamic catalogue ads and UGC video creatives delivered one of the strongest ROAS figures in our portfolio — 3,071%. The Advantage+ catalogue campaigns automated product-level retargeting at scale, serving the exact products each user had viewed to re-engage them at the moment of peak purchase intent.
The UGC video ads consistently outperformed static creatives in cold audiences, driving lower cost-per-click and higher add-to-cart rates. Revenue figures and client identity are protected under NDA.
